At Warmily, we're excited to get your unique, handcrafted pieces to you! Each item is specially made-to-order with a personal touch, just for you. This page provides detailed information about our production process, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations. We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
1. Order Production Time
Every Warmily product is created on-demand when you place your order, ensuring a unique piece crafted with care.

Standard Production Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for your personalized embossed mugs, embroidered apparel, and vintage hats to be expertly crafted, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment.

Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Peak Seasons & Sales: During busy periods like major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Mother's Day) or large sale events, production times may be extended by an additional 3-5 business days due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience during these times and will always strive to get your order out as quickly as possible. Any significant delays will be communicated on our website or via email.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and lovingly packaged, it will be handed over to our shipping partners.

Estimated Standard Shipping Time (USA): You can expect your order to arrive within 7-15 business days after the production period is complete.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from placing your order to receiving it at your doorstep is typically 10-20 business days (3-5 business days production + 7-15 business days shipping).

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (USA): We offer a flat rate of $6.95 for standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

FREE US Shipping Offer: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $60! The discount will be automatically applied at checkout once your cart meets the qualifying amount.

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking

Once your Warmily order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey directly on the carrier's website or through our Track Your Order

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
5. Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages

Accurate Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. Warmily is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes: If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [support@warmily.com]. We will do our best to update it if your order has not yet been processed or shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or other reasons, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
6. Multiple Items in One Order
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced and shipped from different facilities to ensure quality and speed. In such cases, your items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will receive tracking information for each package if they are shipped separately.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages During Transit

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and the item(s) and contact us at [support@warmily.com] within 30 days of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement. (Refer to our Replacement & Refund Policy ).

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check around your property, with neighbors, or contact your local post office. If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier (tracking has not updated for an unusually long period), please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a solution.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Warmily ships exclusively within the United States. We are passionate about sharing our tactile treasures with more people and are actively working towards offering international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
