What does made-to-order mean?
Each item is printed after you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you.
Are your products 3D printed?
No. Designs are printed onto regular clothing, shoes, hats, and accessories. The items are not made with a 3D printer.
Where are products made?
Production location can vary by product. When it's confirmed, you'll find it on the product page.
How long will my order take?
Your order is printed first and then shipped. Our Shipping Policy has the current details.
How do I find my size?
Apparel and shoe product pages include a size guide. Our blog post on reading size charts explains how to measure a shirt you already own.
Can I return something?
Please read our Return & Refund Policy. Because items are made for you, the rules differ from a regular store.
Can I customize a design?
Only products that say they support customization can be customized. If a product page doesn't mention it, it isn't available for that item.
